Tonia Kurth knows and sells real estate throughout the greater Twin Cities area. Her 'community' is wide reaching and her experience with the cities and towns of this area is long and personal.

She comes from a large family. Her many aunts, uncles, and cousins are born, raised, and well established all over the MN Twin Cities. Growing up, her family moved a ton around the Cities. She was born in South Minneapolis, and started kindergarten in Mound. She's lived in St. Anthony, Jordan, and landed in New Prague where she lived fourth grade through high school.

As an adult, Tonia's lived in Minnetonka, Chaska, Shakopee, and St. Louis Park!

Eden Prairie has remained her home-base, where her kids graduated from Eden Prairie High School and were immersed in sports and music, and many of Tonia's friends remain.

Tonia's son, Dylan, attended Normandale Community College in Bloomington. He now has a sales career in Eagan, and lives with his sweetheart in the beautiful river town of Hastings.

Tonia's daughter, Aspen, has her first home in Minneapolis' fun and hip Dinkytown. She is attending college at the University of Minnesota, where her mom is a proud alumni. Aspen's passion is to work with wildlife.

Tonia and her sweetheart live in Lakeville, in the Brackets Crossing golf course neighborhood. Jim is a Project Manger and works all over Minnesota - from Lake Minnetonka, Minneapolis, Eagan, to Blooming Prairie.

You can often find them walking their dog Toby, working in the yard, at the area Lifetime Fitness, or enjoying nearby restaurants.

Living south of the river, Tonia enjoys a quick commute to visit many family in the Bloomington, Apple Valley, Rosemount, and Hastings areas.

Yes, Tonia knows the Twin Cities and it's running in her blood! Not only is she a skilled and educated Realtor, she personally understands that buying and selling your home is one of those big life moments. As your Realtor, her job is to make it a successful, favorite moment.
